The West African Examination and National Examination are very important examination. As a matter of fact, they are the first set of external examinations that determine your admission status. You must not fail waec and neco 2018 .

So many things would go wrong if you fail waec. That’s why you should do everything within your ability to pass the 2018 Neco and waec in one sitting. It is also advisible to subscribe for waec here to get yourself covered because we shall send you answer befor exam time.

A question comes to mind, why do people fail Waec and Neco ? There are actually so many reasons why candidates fail or performed poorly in waec and neco examination every year.

In this article, I will be revealing the core reasons why you may fail waec/neco 2018 and what you should do.

Note: I am not doing this to scare you but to prepare you for the task ahead. Remember, What you are not prepared for , you are not qualified for .

20 Reasons You May Fail WAEC|NECO With Solutions

    1. You Depend On Waec Expo:

This is the reason why so many candidates fail waec and neco. They depend on answers that will be sent to them on the waec examination day.

Getting waec answers on the exam day is still very valid. You can get both waec theory and Objective answers in your inbox. However, many websites are not to be trusted and your result would be held if you subscribe to the wrong people. Try to subscribe here we shall impact you knowledge on what to do to avoid result withheld or cancelling of your result.

As a matter of fact, so many results were held in waec and neco 2017 because of malpractice and you should understand the pain of having held results. A held waec or neco result is equal to a held 2018 admission.

    2. You Are Still Playing:

There is no product without a process. If you must pass waec, then you need adequate preparation.

Do not think that there is time. Life is not a game… In a game we have extra time but in life there is no extra time at all. Those who failed waec and neco 2017 cannot go back in time (unless they become the flash).

Leave play and begin to prepare now. The early bird catches the worm. Study hard and wise for your waec examination.

    3. Your Secondary School Is Not Standard:

If your school is still teaching you “A FOR APPLE” in SS2 then something is wrong. Attending a secondary school that is not standard will affect your waec and neco result. This is because the school will not prepare you very well for the examination.

If this is your case, I will advice that you attend a very standard Waec & Neco tutorial center around. You may be attending your school and the tutorial simultaneously.

    4. You Feel That You Are Still Young:

You are 13 and feel too young to pass waec/neco right? Your mates are already in the University. Wake up to reality now.

    5. You Feel You Are Doing Others:

Just because your parents forces you to read doesn’t mean they hate you.

Some candidates feel they will punish their parents or others by intentionally not preparing for waec and neco 2018. In the long run, you will be at the receiving end.

If you are not educated, it is your shame and absolutely your fault.

    6. You Are Still Distracted:

Distractions do more harm than good. Any type of distraction is a potential killer. It is high time you put on the armour of focus.

Take away every form of distraction as you prepare for your waec examinations. Distractions are just there to make you less productive. Stay focused.

    7. You Are Not Yet Convinced:

A made up mind is a come up destiny. If your mind is not totally made up to pass waec and neco once and for all, you may fail waec once and again. Convince yourself.

If your mind is not totally made up to pass waec and neco once and for all, you may fail waec once and again

    8. You Still Procrastinate:

Later things. This is the top language of procrastinators. You need to start anything you need to start so as to pass waec. Do not delay or surrender.

    9. You Read Only Notes:

You may have read your note books to pass class exams. However, reading your note books will not make you pass waec at all. You need to cultivate the habit of reading textbooks.

No matter how complete your notebook is, it is not detailed enough to prepare for waec and neco.

    10. You Read Off Point:

Do not read anyhow for your exam. Follow the waec syllabus to prepare for waec exams.

    11. You don’t use Waec Past questions:

Get waec past questions and answers pack. This will really boost your performance in waec examination. Click here to study waec and neco past questions for free.

    12. You Don’t read for long hours:

I know that with one hour daily reading you pass very well in your normal class exams. But things have changed. Waec is a different ball game. Read for longer hours since you have a whole lot to cover.

    13. You are Afraid of Some Subjects:

Maths is difficult. This is the language many waec candidates. Yours may not be mathematics. But make sure you kill any fear you have for any subject. They are all simple.

    14. You Have Bad Study Habits:

Reading and chatting at the same time? This is a very bad reading habit. Read with all seriousness of mind.

    15. You Forget Everything You Read:

Forgetting what you have read will affect your performance in waec. You need to remember what you have read.

    16. You don’t Understand What You Study:

The purpose of reading is to understand. However, you may have the issue of not understanding what you study.

    17. You Read But It Doesn’t Enter You Brain At All:

This is another issue that can make you fail waec. You need to fix it as fast as possible.

    18. You have joined bad Gang:

If you are in an association where academic success is not preached, then you are on a long thing. Join students who have burning desire for success.

    19. You Don’t Buy Books:

Spend quality amount of money to buy books. They are investment in your personality. Buy and read them as well.

    20. Your Writing Is Poor:

Your writing is the first thing examiners look at. Make your writing very clear and simple. Write in a very simple and understandable English. Follow every rule and guidelines given in the examination. I wish you the best.
